We are a unique resort property and have the opportunity to provide you with some special features other hotel/resort properties cannot.
Our beautiful private beach and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico is a perfect setting for that beach wedding ceremony you have been dreaming of or that casual business meeting away from it all! We can personalize your special event by offering a unique selection of specialty menu items in the theme of your event. Our Terrace Patio is a special area with a tropical setting that this perfect for any event, large or small. Use your imagination and we will do our very best to meet your needs!
We offer packages for any social event and can comfortably seat 40-100 for sit down buffet dinner reception. We also offer appetizer only receptions up to 200 guests. Rental minimums may apply for food and beverage functions. We offer group rate discounts with 10 or more rooms in the block. The Best Western Sea Wake Resort reserves the right to inspect and control all parties, meetings, receptions being held on the premises.
The meeting planner is required to inform the Resort if the event changes from the original contract such as number of guests, times or menu; these are items are crucial to resort planning excellence. Please inform the Resort 72 hours in advance of your event of your changes. Rental charges apply to all areas used for meetings, banquets and beach wedding ceremonies. Hours of rental will be outlined in your letter of agreement. |
